To evaluate the wishes, expectations and complaints of our members under the scope of legal regulations and quality management system, to be an accessible organization by ensuring togetherness among the administration, members and the personnal, to be trustworthy, honest and law abiding by acting with a member focused, quality service understanding while considering the needs of our members, to contribute to the local development in cooperation with the other non-governmental organizations, to develop ourselves in every area we work having a social and cultural responsibilty in our region.
