Stategic Planning Training

Our Quality and Accreditation Supervisor Şule Şahin Aslan has attended the Strategic Planning Training which was held in TOBB Social Facilities on 16th of April.

In the training that was given by mechanical engineer Berker Telek; information was given and applications were made under the titles of Strategic Management Basic Concepts, Strategic Planning Process, Definition of Vision and Mission, Current Situational Analysis, Difinition of goals and aims, Preparation of Work Plan, and Monitoring and Evaluation.
