ISO 10002 Education

Susurluk Commodity Exchange personel have taken education on ISO 10002.

Susurluk Commodity has started their works with the goal of taking the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management System which is included in the exchange’s goals of 2015. Under the scope of these works, between 12-13th of January, Susurluk Commodity Exchange Quality Manager Tuğba CENK and personnal Kübra DAĞDEVİREN have partiipated in the education that took place in TSE Bursa Regional Management Headquarters.
