Chambers-Exchanges Consultation Meeting

The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) and its 365 chambers and the commodity exchanges, made a joint statement in full support of Operation Olive Branch conducted by the Turkish Armed Forces.

The declaration by the chambers and exchanges in regards to the operation hosted by TOBB President M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu is as follows:

“As the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges representing the business community in Turkey, we are making a joint statement.

We believe and support that Operation Olive Branch initiated by our government is just and legitimate in order to protect our national security.

We appreciate that this operation is to ensure the border security of our country and to remove the terrorist corridor, which is a threat to both our country and the countries of the region.

None can expect us to remain silent in the face of terrorist groups killing innocents and posing a clear threat to the security of our country.

The region should be cleansed from terrorist organizations and the peace, security and peace environment should be restored.

With the ongoing series of operations which began with Euphrates Shield and continues with Olive Branch, Turkey is giving the most appropriate answer to terrorist organizations and their supporters.

We invite our overseas partners and all global business organizations to support our country, to clearly demonstrate their intention to show a united front against terrorism.

TOBB and 365 Chambers-Exchanges, we stand with our nation and our state.

We stand against those would disrupt the unity, integrity and peace of our country.

We will continue to work for our country and our nation with a greater determination to carry Turkey to its great goals.

We need but stand shoulder to shoulder without forgetting the importance of our unity and solidarity.

We need but keep each other, believe each other and trust each other.

As the business community of Turkey, with our prayers and all of our hearts, we stand by our state and heroic soldiers.

May the grace of Allah be upon all our martyrs who gave their lives; we pray for rapid recovery for the wounded. May Allah guard Mehmetçik and grant our armed forces victory. May Allah grant us aid in this endeavor.”

Chamber-Commodity Exchange Consultation Meeting

Our Chairman of the Board of Directors Sefer GÖÇER has attended Union of Chambers of Commodity Exchanges of Turkey Chamber- Commodity Exchange Consultation Meeting.

Izmir Fair

AGROEXPO 13th İzmir Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Fair which our commodity exchange has organized participation was made with the attendance of our members on 2nd of February 2018, Friday. In the fair held with the leadership of Susurluk Commodity Exchange Chairman Sefer GÖÇER, our members had the opportunity of seeing current information and technologies in place. Also, our exchange members were informed on tools and machinery in place, their prices and productive usage of them.

Balıkesir Consultation Meeting

To the consultation meeting with the representatives of Balıkesir Area Non-Governmental Organizations held on 30th of January, Tuesday, with the participation of Justice and Development Party General Vice-President, Civil Soicety and Public Relations President, Eskişehir Province Member of the Parliament Harun KARACAN, our commodity excahnge Chairman of the Board of Directors Sefer GÖÇER has spoke of our exchange's requests and problems. Mr. KARACAN, listening to requests and complaints from various Non-Governmental Organizations' representatives, said; "I have listened to requests and problems of NGO's whose hearts are beating for Balıkesir. With our NGO's who give power to democracy, we are working to prepare our cities to the future. If Balıkesir grows, Turkey grows..."

IPARD Supports Meeting

The informing meeting on IPARD supports was made by LANSY Consultancy Firm with the organization of Susurluk Commodity Exchange, Susurluk Chamber of Commerce, Susurluk Chamber of Agriculture, Susurluk Red Meat Producers Union and Susurluk Union of Milk Producers at 11:00 in Susurluk Chamber of Commerce Şerafettin Tunalı Conference Hall. The seminary was held with the participation of Susurluk Distrcit Governor Osman ATEŞ, Susurluk Chief Constable Cemil KESTANE, Justice and Development Party District Chairman Şükrü GÜR, Vocational High School Secretary Kadri İMER, Susurluk Commodity Exchange and Red Meat Producers Union Chairman Sefer GÖÇER, Susurluk Commodity Exchange Assembly Chairman Hüseyin TUNALI, Vice- Chairman of the Board of Directors Mete SEYFELİ, Board of Directors Accountant Member Yakup BOZKAN, Susurluk Chamber of Commerce Chairman İlker KURT, Chamber of Agirculture Chairman Özkan GÜRKÖK, Chairman of the Union of Milk Producers Recep FİLİZ, Metallic Works Cratsmen Chamber Chairman Kemal ŞEN, Union of Chamber of Merchants and Craftsmen General Secretary Burak ÇANAKÇI along with the press and Commodity Exchange members.

After the detailed information given by Engineer of Agriculture Merve ELÇİ ŞEN on IPARD II 3rd Call Supports, the meeting continued with Q&A's, with Mrs. Merve answering the questions of the guests.

Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution has gone on a 3rd announcement on 21st of December 2017.
